Food is good, but the place is FILTHY! They need to use some water and soap and clean this place. I looked behind the counter and the kitchen was dirty with old sticky stuff.

Absolutely disgusting. Usually I like Panera Bread but they just sold us two iced sugar cookies that were brittle and tasted like fishy fish marinated in fish oil. How long did they leave those cookies out? I feel like I just licked a sweaty armpit. The rest of the experience wasn't any better...I ordered a peppermint mocha and they gave me a frozen one, when I re-ordered a hot one, it was half full. As we speak the guy is sweeping around our feet, loudly banging the broom into the dustpan, and covering absolutely every area except the exact spot where my feet touch the floor. Ok, I get it. You don't want me here. I was hoping, after a long day of shopping, that we could relax and have a hot coffee and a fresh snack. Instead I threw up in my mouth.

Love the You pick Two deal !! For half of Cobb salad you really get a lot !! Such a friendly staff working there too. Really busy around 12 and 5 but having the drive through window helps

Awesome and inviting atmosphere. A big fan of the asiago cheese bagel. Heck grab a book and come and relax. The only downside is it can be MEGA busy at times.

This Panera Bread is located in a great spot. It is on M59/Hall Road, in the heart of Macomb County across the street from Lakeside Mall. This Panera is always busy. The morning rush moves quickly so if you want to stop for a coffee you will still have plenty of time to get to work. There is sitting available outside for those nice sunny/warm days. This is a great place to meet someone for a meeting or have a nice lunch with a friend. The soups, salads, and sandwiches are awesome! Let's not forget the bread! The bread is great too:)

I am so thankful that my friends and I decided to go to this Panera Bread for dinner! This restaurant is so aesthetically pleasing, from the pristine bowls and plates to the lively colors and furniture that engender a warm, cozy environment. The service is great, and the wait for our food was definitely not tedious. Not to forget that the food was beyond amazing! I would definitely come back again.

The last 5 times that I gave this location a try they failed completely. The people taking the order don't know what is available and did not want to go check if they do. I waited in line for 20 min and when it was my turn they would not take any breakfast orders. I ended up ordering lunch instead and the food came out cold. I had to return it for them to warm up my panini. It's hard to believe how bad this location has fallen from what it used to be.

Long story short, they screwed my order up by forgetting to give me the soup I ordered, I contacted the store and they put me on with the manager. He took down my information apologized and mailed me a gift certificate for $2.00. Are you kidding me? You screw my order up, keep me on the phone for another 5 minutes to take all my information down to send me $2. This score is based off customer service & not the quality of the food but in my opinion, it is just as important. I will not be going back.

I go here for lunch almost everyday, so take it from me that this is a quality, consistent, and well ran Panera Bread. As other reviewers noted the wait tends to be a little long, but it's partially due to the volume of people during lunch. I took of a star for prices, sometimes their prices seem a little high for what you get, and they never have any deals.

My family and I, did the drive through, after ordering and paying realized when we got to the hotel. We didn't receive our full order. Weather condition too bad to drive back for their mistake. Call the store to let the management know, she apologized and offered us to go back. Do you realize? The weather is below 0?! These idiot staff of panera bread focus on turn and burn, no customer service, no fitness. I feel sorry for this brand.

Being on Hall road, this place is usually crowded, especially at peak hours like Sunday morning. That's not to say you shouldn't go. They now have a drive-thru option, thus avoiding the annoyance of standing in line.

Ok, just stopped in again for a cup of coffee. First, the place was a mess, trash on the floor behind the food prep counter, the coffee area was filthy,: coffee, milk, and sugar spilled everywhere So, we get our cups and walk over to pour the coffee. That's where the wheel really went flat. No dark roast (despite other carafes having a full time of a half an hour earlier). Hubby goes for the light blend, but no cream. I tell the girl being the counter, no coffee, no cream.... She will let them know in back. So, we wait, and we wait, and we wait. Nothing. In the meantime, hubby noticed the light coffee is filled with grounds. So, we ask for a refund. She has to get the manager who offers a half hearted apology. No indication that the coffee is coming out, and never brought cream out. I also doubt they pulled the light coffee which was filled with grounds. Quite a disappointment. Never got the coffee, so really one star is probably too much. Maybe just this location????
